Please read the following rental policy carefully before making a reservation:

Reservation and Payment: 

Reservations can be made online through our website or by calling our phone at 506-282-5432. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Full payment is required prior to departure. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods, e-transfer, and cash. 

Renter Requirements: 

To ensure a smooth rental process, all renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in and sign a liability waiver before departure. The name and birthdate on the waiver must match the government issued ID. 

Safety Briefing and Instructions:

Prior to your departure, all renters will receive a safety briefing and instructions on how to operate equipment. It is mandatory for all renters to wear the provided personal flotation devices (PFDs) at all times during the rental period. Renters must follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by the Wolastoq Adventures staff.

Rental Duration: 

Rental periods are for 1 hour or longer, as specified at the time of booking. Renters are expected to return the equipment on time. Late returns will incur double the hourly rate. Extensions to the rental duration may be granted if there are no conflicting reservations. Please inquire with our staff if you wish to extend your rental.

Cancellations and Refunds: 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe water conditions, Wolastoq Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking options will be offered.

Damage and Liability: 

Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter. Wolastoq Adventures is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought by the renters. Renters are personally liable for their actions and are responsible for their own safety while using the equipment provided by Wolastoq Adventures. 

Prohibited Activities: 

Alcohol and controlled substances are strictly prohibited while using our equipment.
